Free shipping for orders over $150 (subtotal) applies to U.S. Domestic, and Canada shipments (when using standard delivery) when the total of the order less any discount applied is equal to or greater than $150.
U.K and International Orders over $175 (subtotal) also qualify for free shipping.
When available: Expedited shipping (i.e., Overnight) for all locations will be charged at the advertised rate shown when your order is placed, regardless of the total amount of the order.

HOW DO I CHANGE/CANCEL AN ORDER?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change all orders once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the items within 30 once your order has been delivered to you.
Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style our once your refund has been issued.
In addition, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired.
NOTE: All returns are refunded via credit in the original form of payment. Items that are considered Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund.
When sending back your return, please be sure to return your items in accordance with the policy outlined below:
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
Accessories are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
U.S. Domestic - Please return the item via USPS or any other carrier of your choice.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.Depending on the shipping method and carrier used to return, your return package may take several days or weeks to reach us.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email email@example.com for assistance before returning.
- Haus of Luxé is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue a refund for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you full refund via the original form of payment.
